唔似蛋糕
我早排做咗個成功嘅芝蔴蛋糕好開心,諗住研究第二樣野, 就係整綠茶磅蛋糕
, 做綠茶磅蛋糕個過程都好順利!! 但唔知點解焗完出黎D綠茶蛋糕一D都唔綠, 就咁用肉眼睇, 仲以為係牛油磅蛋糕
, 我已經落多咗綠茶粉嘅份量, 但做完出黎一D都唔綠! 唔通街個D綠茶蛋糕
係加咗染色素?? 真係唔知點解!! 但食個陣時就食得出綠茶蛋糕味道!! 啲綠茶味
仲有D儂添!! 哈哈!! 都唔理照食!! 但覺得自己唔成功,所以,我都唔會post個食譜出黎喇!! 唔想教壞人!

剩,而且啲sour cream又就到期,我咪諗住整sour cream杯蛋糕囉!! 我做完sour cream蛋糕, 放蛋糕入焗爐
, 開始準備洗我啲整蛋糕用具時
, 我先發覺啲雞蛋
仍然係個碗裡面, 無掂過,我先突然醒覺,原來自己係頭先做蛋糕過程係無落過雞蛋. 無雞蛋都唔係蛋糕喇...哈哈!! 但見到焗爐d粉糰都開始有啲起變化, 都唔知點補救好!!謂有照焗!! 出咗黎啲無蛋蛋糕又幾好食!有d似曲奇餅
!! 哈哈! 味道都唔差!! 一邊食就覺自己非常"大檬" .....但好彩依d無蛋嘅蛋糕又幾好食. 唔洗益垃圾筒
!!近排整d蛋糕都唔係成功,都係停一陣先再整!!
似唔似綠茶蛋糕呀?? 其實真係綠茶蛋糕黎架!! 要食落去先知係綠茶蛋糕!!就咁睇似牛油蛋糕多啲!0
無雞蛋的蛋糕,味道有啲似曲奇餅!出奇地....都幾好食喎!0

無雞蛋既蛋糕,咁咪好健康?我聽人講,話整蛋糕,落sour cream會moist 好多。

[版主回覆12/08/2007 06:04:00]Mui: ~ 我都係睇書,話加啲sour cream入蛋糕裡面會mosit 啲架!所以,我今次想試下,但就唔記得落雞蛋,真係大頭蝦...但我平時做cheese cake都會落啲sour cream架!!真係滑好多!! ~ 我都係咁話,雖然個綠茶蛋糕唔綠,但都幾好食,我做完一陣都食晒喇!!哈哈
真係似牛油蛋糕,不過有綠茶味果隻,唔緊要喇,好味咪得囉~~你真係"大懞"架,咁都唔記得落雞蛋,都係個句,好食咪得囉~~
